This project starts in December 2014, initiated by a fortunate meeting between Le Campement and Awa Kouyaté.
In this garden, we grow local vegetable and some coming from elsewhere, respecting organic and sustainable agriculture.
Our seed are neither hybrid or genetically modified.
We use intercropping in order to get the vegetable protect each other; and crop rotation to preserve and nourish the land, giving us a lot back !
An activity which gives us also the opportunity to meet, share ideas, skills… and enjoy a blend of flavors orchestrated by Le Campement’s kitchen.
